Biographic Statement: Pastor Stanley K. Evans

Stanley Evans is an Ordained Baptist Minister, having been catechized in 1996.  Prior to being called to Pastor the New Beginning Christian Fellowship Church he served as an associate minister at Christ Second Baptist Church in Long Beach, where he gave leadership as the Director of the men’s ministry known as In HIMM. He also serves as a sworn Chaplain for the Los Angeles Police Department.  He is also a member of the Los Angeles Ministers Conference.  

Pastor Stanley Evans is the husband of Gina Maye-Evans. They have been married for 24 years and have two children, Faith Evans, who is 20 years old, and Myles Evans, who is 14 years old.  Faith Evans currently attends West Los Angeles College.  Myles Evans is currently attending Hamilton High School as a 11th grader.  

Pastor Evans has completed a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications / Public Relations at California State University at Dominguez Hills in 2002, and has completed 24 units at Fuller Theological Seminary.  He is currently attending Pepperdine University where he is working to complete his Masters in Theology and his Masters in Dispute Resolution.
